How can I pay for my order? Ways of payment

If you wish to make a purchase through BETA website, you will be guided from the system for an easy ordering and safe payment. The ways of payment are as follows:

• With the use of a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American express, V-pay, Maestro, Diners Club International).
• With a deposit to a bank account. Please during the deposit note your full name as the reason for payment. The bank accounts you can use are the following:

Is there any discount if I make my purchase through the website of BETA Publishers?

In Beta Publishers we take care so that our prices are in best interest for all our customers. To those who place an order through are website we offer additional incentives:

• Exemption from mailing costs for orders of 50,00 € or more
• Special offers to customers who receive our newsletter
• 35% discount for every purchase through internet

 

Are there any overhead costs on top of the value of the goods? Handling and sending costs.

When you make a purchase though BETA’s website there are no extra costs other that the handling and mailing and the pay on delivery cost (in case you have chosen it). Namely:

If you wish to have the books delivered at your place you have to pay the mailing cost, whereas if the total amount of your order is 50,00 € or more BETA will pay for it.

The mailing costs are as follows:

• Attica: 2,00 €
• Rest of Greece including islands: 2,50 €.
• Hard to reach areas: following contact with BETA

In case of payment upon delivery there is an extra cost of 2,00 € on top of the above.

At the same time BETA takes care so that you can take advantage of special offers we plan in some cases.

 

How long until I receive my order?

We in BETA take care so that you can have anything you’ve ordered immediately following the completion of the procedure. We collaborate with the most trustful delivery companies in order to minimize the time and cost of the transportation.

In detail:

• Inside Attica the time of delivery time varies from 1-2 working days from the completion of the order.
• For the rest of Greece the delivery time varies from 1-3 working days from the completion of the order.

 

What happens if I change my mind after the transaction? Return policy.

 

Backing out

Following the provisions of legislation 2251/1994 and the KYA number Ζ1-891/30-08-2013  (2144 Β’/30-08-2013) we inform you of the following:

 

Right to back out

You have the right to back out from the current agreement within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation. The backing out deadline expires after 14 calendar days from the following day you’ve received, or someone else, other than the transporter, that you have appointed has received and accepted on your behalf the goods ordered.   In order to have the backing out right you are obliged to announce us with your decision to back out from the current agreement with a clear declaration (e.g. a letter through the mail, fax or e-mail), to BETA MEDICAL PUBLISHERS Ltd, 3 Adrianiou street, Athens 11525, tel. 210-6714371 , 210-67 14 340, fax: 210-67 15 015, Email: betamedarts@otenet.gr. You can use the enclosed sample for backing out without being obliged to do so. You can also complete and send electronically through our website the backing out sample or any other clear declaration. If you use this option we will reply without any delay (e.g. through e-mail) a confirmation of receiving your declaration for backing out. In order to be in time for backing out you have only to send your declaration for exercising your right to back out before the deadline.

 

Consequences of backing out

If you back out from the current agreement, we will return to you all the moneys we’ve received, including the handling and mailing costs (except of additional costs that are due to your selection of an alternative way of delivery other that the one we have offered), with no unexplained delays and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision to back out. We will return your money through the same mean of payment that you’ve chosen for your purchase, unless you have agreed for a different way; in any case you will not be charged additionally for the return of your money. We have the right to delay the return of your money until we receive the goods or receive a proof that you have send the goods, which ever comes first. You are obliged to mail back (on you own expense) the goods, or deliver them in our offices at the above address, without any unexplained delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day you have declared your decision to back out. The deadline is considered observed if you send back the goods before the 14 day period. The return goods must not have been used and they have to be in an excellent condition exactly like before they were sold, in the original packaging including all the materials enclosed. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. You are responsible for any loss of value that can be the result of unnecessary handling other that those of inspecting the nature, the characteristics and the function of the goods.

 

Replacement

BETA publishers take care for the excellent quality of our books and we perform every necessary check before their circulation. However, in case the book you have received has any damage, BETA will replace immediately with no expense at your side (return and resending) given our responsibilities according to the 534 article of Civil Law.

BETA has the right to use only statistical data that are the result of processing the sum of the data.
